We are pleased to introduce our Employee Assistance Wellbeing Program (EAWP), designed to support the health and wellbeing of your employees. Through this program, employees will have access to a wide range of holistic services, helping them manage both personal and professional challenges. The goal is to ensure that every member of your team feels supported, empowered, and able to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
What Services Are Available?
Our EAWP offers confidential and professional support in the following areas:
Clinical Nutrition: Improve energy, manage weight, support digestion, and boost your overall health with personalised nutrition guidance. Our tailored plans help stabilise blood sugar and meet your individual needs, whether you're on the road, in the office, or navigating shift work.
Hypnotherapy: Manage stress, break unwanted habits, improve focus, and enhance mental clarity through tailored hypnotherapy sessions. Support emotional balance, build confidence, and create lasting behavioural change by working with the subconscious mind—empowering you to feel more in control and aligned with your goals.
Counselling/Psychotherapy: Confidential counselling for employees facing workplace or personal challenges that are impacting their wellbeing or performance, with a dedicated Counsellor. Once your employee has connected with a Counsellor, they will continue working with the same professional to foster a strong therapeutic relationship.
Strategic Psychotherapy: Gain practical tools to overcome stress, anxiety, avoidance, and overwhelm. This results-focused therapy identifies thinking patterns that keep you stuck and helps you develop more effective strategies, improving decision-making, emotional resilience, and long-term change in everyday life.
How Does It Work?
Flexible Appointments: Employees can schedule their sessions at a time that suits them, either in-person at our Port Adelaide clinic or through telehealth consultations if they are working remotely or interstate.
Confidentiality: Personal information will be stored in a secure location and only the engaged Practitioner and Employee will have access to this information.
Exceptions to confidentiality are as follows:
Information shared that indicates that yourself, or others, are in imminent risk of harm.
When legal requirements demand that confidential material be revealed, in which case the client would be notified prior to the release of information.
When a child, youth or vulnerable adult needs protective intervention.
If you engage the services of other Practitioners with relation to a referral, in which case we will seek your permission in writing as to what you agree to share.
Employers only pay for the service used. No subscription required.
