At HNHC, we honour that inner world by offering Creative Art & expression sessions for Children. A nurturing and playful space where creativity becomes a pathway to healing, understanding, and emotional growth.

  • Through creative activities such as painting, drawing, storytelling, and imaginative play-based expression, children are gently supported to share feelings that may be hard to put into words. This nurturing process provides a safe space for them to explore emotions and begin to make sense of their inner world.

    Art and creativity become their voice—helping them express experiences such as anxiety, sadness, frustration, or life changes in ways that feel natural, empowering, and uniquely their own.

  • Each session invites children to reconnect with their inner strengths — their courage, creativity, and natural curiosity — while developing gentle skills they can use in everyday life. Over time, this process helps them feel more confident, balanced, and in tune with their emotions, fostering a stronger sense of self and a deeper connection with others.

  • Children are gently encouraged to recognise and name their emotions, understand where those feelings come from, and explore healthy ways to respond. This nurturing process builds emotional awareness and resilience, supporting children to grow into confident, compassionate, and well-balanced young individuals.

Parents receive practical, evidence-based advice on simple dietary adjustments, such as including magnesium-rich foods, omega-3s, and quality proteins, to help support mood stability and ease anxiety.

    By caring for both body and mind, children experience more consistent energy, clearer thinking, and a steadier emotional baseline — creating the strongest possible foundation for growth, learning, and well-being.

    These sessions are guided by Kylie Karagich — Clinical Nutritionist (BHSc Nutritional & Dietetic Medicine) and Strategic Hypnotherapist & Psychotherapist (Dip. Strategic Hypnosis & Psychotherapy) — integrating evidence-based nutrition, gentle psychology, and holistic care to nurture the whole child.
